This document constitutes a legally binding contractual agreement between ROJA DIGITAL (hereinafter "the Provider") and the individual or entity accessing the Service (hereinafter "the User"). By completing a purchase, downloading the application, or utilizing the provided credentials, the User explicitly affirms they have attained the legal age of majority and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement. If the User does not agree to every term herein, they are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Service and must immediately cease all access to the ROJA IPTV platform.
The Provider grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service solely through authorized application ecosystems. This Service is engineered for and restricted to: Android OS (Mobile/TV), Amazon App Store, Jio Store, and Indus App Store. The User acknowledges that Smart TV operating systems, specifically LG WebOS and Samsung Tizen OS, are technically incompatible and explicitly excluded from the scope of support. The Provider shall not be held liable for failure of service due to hardware limitations, firmware restrictions, or the use of modified, "rooted," or unofficial operating systems. It is the User’s mandatory obligation to ensure hardware compliance prior to any financial transaction.
Upon verification of payment, the User is granted access via unique credentials. Access is strictly governed by a "Concurrency Limit" of three (3) simultaneous device connections. Any attempt to bypass this technical restriction through the use of proxies, virtual private networks (VPNs) for the purpose of account sharing, or "restreaming" protocols will trigger an automated security audit. Should the Provider detect usage exceeding the authorized quota, or identify patterns suggestive of commercial reselling or public redistribution, the Provider reserves the unilateral right to terminate the account with "Prejudice," resulting in a permanent ban without eligibility for a refund or appeal.
ROJA DIGITAL operates as a "Technical Intermediary" under the Information Technology Act. The Service functions as a specialized indexing and aggregation tool that facilitates access to publicly available IPTV streams. The User understands and agrees that the Provider does not host, upload, store, or transmit any digital media content on its own servers. All content is sourced from third-party providers over whom ROJA DIGITAL exercises no editorial control. Consequently, the Provider makes no warranties regarding the legality, uptime, quality, or accuracy of any stream, and the User agrees to indemnify the Provider against any claims arising from the nature of the content accessed.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of India, ROJA DIGITAL, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, hardware malfunction, or service interruptions. The Provider is not responsible for "Force Majeure" events, including satellite failures, fiber optic cuts, ISP outages, government-mandated internet shutdowns, or regulatory changes that may affect the availability of third-party streams. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The User acknowledges that the digital nature of the Service precludes the possibility of "return" once credentials have been issued. Refunds are strictly limited to cases of confirmed technical incompatibility on the Supported Platforms defined in Section 2, provided that such incompatibility is reported within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds shall be processed for: (a) User's lack of high-speed internet; (b) Removal of specific channels by third-party sources; (c) User's failure to operate the software; or (d) Account suspension due to violation of Section 3.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The User irrevocably agrees that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Tamil Nadu, India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
