• Personally Identifiable Information (PII): Legal name, registered email address, and verified telecommunication contact numbers provided during the subscription lifecycle.
• Hardware & Telemetry Data: Unique Device Identifiers (UDID), International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) where applicable, MAC addresses, and Operating System versioning. This is strictly utilized for the enforcement of the Three-Device Concurrency Limit and hardware compatibility verification.
• Network Logs: Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and regional geolocation data to prevent unauthorized account access and for administrative load balancing.

2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING & UTILIZATION

Data processing is conducted under the legal basis of "Contractual Necessity." The Company utilizes the acquired information for:

• Provisioning of authentication credentials and maintaining subscription integrity.
• Technical auditing to identify and mitigate "Account Leaking" or unauthorized commercial reselling.
• Transactional communication regarding service downtime, security patches, and platform updates within the supported Android, Amazon, Jio, and Indus App Store ecosystems.
• Facilitating customer support requests via our grievance redressal channels.

3. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES & STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS

The Company maintains a strict non-sale policy regarding User data. Disclosure of information is restricted to the following circumstances:

• Statutory Compliance: Under valid legal process, warrant, or court order issued by competent authorities within the Republic of India.
• Protection of Rights: Where disclosure is imperative to defend the Company’s intellectual property or to investigate potential fraudulent activity or security breaches.

The ROJA IPTV web interface utilizes "Persistent" and "Session" cookies to optimize user authentication and site performance. These cookies monitor technical session data and do not extract personal information from the User's local drive. The User may configure browser settings to reject cookies, though this may impede the functionality of the subscriber dashboard.

6. MINORS AND PROTECTED CATEGORIES

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 (Minors). The Company does not knowingly solicit or collect data from minors. If it is discovered that data has been collected from a minor without verifiable parental consent, such data will be purged from our systems with immediate effect.

7. JURISDICTIONAL AMENDMENTS
