1. Introduction

Welcome to ROJA DIGITAL IPTV. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the submission of broadcast channels (“Channels”) by users (“Submitters”) to the ROJA DIGITAL IPTV platform (“Platform”), which is owned and operated by ROJA DIGITAL (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By submitting your Channel to our Platform, you agree to be fully responsible for your content and comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit any Channels.

2. User Representations and Responsibilities

• You confirm that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit and broadcast the content on your Channel.
• You accept full responsibility and liability for the content you broadcast.
• You agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws wherever your Channel may be accessed.

3. Prohibited Content

You must not submit any Channel containing:

• Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
• Hate speech, violence, or discriminatory content.
• Illegal activities or copyrighted content without proper authorization.
• Uncensored or unregulated content that violates community or platform standards.
• Any content that is offensive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate.

ROJA DIGITAL IPTV reserves the right to remove or suspend any Channel violating our policy or violating our community rules without prior notice.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROJA DIGITAL IPTV, its employees, officers, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your Channel content.
• Any legal issues caused by your submission or broadcast.

5. No Warranty

• The Platform and services are provided "as is" without any guarantee of uninterrupted service or content quality.
• ROJA DIGITAL IPTV does not guarantee availability, accuracy, or performance of any submitted Channel.

6. Limitation of Liability

ROJA DIGITAL IPTV is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your Channel or use of the Platform, including lost revenue or data.

7. Termination and Suspension

ROJA DIGITAL IPTV may suspend or terminate your Channel submission at any time for any reason, without notice. You may also request to remove your Channel at any time.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
