ROJA DIGITAL - REFUND & CANCELLATION

1. DOCTRINE OF COMMERCIAL FINALITY

Due to the intangible nature of digital software and the immediate fulfillment of login credentials, all transactions conducted via ROJA DIGITAL are considered final upon issuance of the account data. The "Service" is deemed "consumed" the moment the credentials are transmitted to the User's provided email or communication channel. Consequently, a strict **No-Refund Policy** applies to all successful activations, subject only to the narrow technical exceptions outlined in Section 2.

2. LIMITED TECHNICAL INCOMPATIBILITY EXEMPTION

A request for a refund shall only be entertained if the User’s hardware environment is strictly incompatible with the supported ecosystems (**Android OS, Amazon App Store, Jio Store, or Indus App Store**).

• Explicit Exclusions: No refunds shall be issued for attempts to utilize the service on LG WebOS, Samsung Tizen OS, or any non-Android proprietary operating systems, as these are clearly identified as unsupported prior to purchase.
• Time Limitation: Any claim for technical incompatibility must be formally submitted within 48 hours of the initial transaction timestamp. Claims made beyond this window are legally void.

3. MANDATORY NON-REFUNDABLE CRITERIA

Under no circumstances shall ROJA DIGITAL provide reimbursement, credit, or partial refunds for the following:

• Subjective Dissatisfaction: Change of mind, lack of specific channel content, or personal preference regarding the user interface.
• User-Side Technical Failures: Insufficient internet bandwidth, high latency (ping), ISP-level blocking, or misconfigured local network equipment.
• Regulatory & Third-Party Actions: Intermittent downtime of specific streams, removal of content by third-party providers, or regional government internet restrictions.
• Account Suspension: Termination of access due to violation of the Master Terms of Service, including but not limited to sharing credentials or exceeding the **Three (3) Device Limit**.

4. CANCELLATION PROTOCOLS

Subscriptions represent a fixed-term digital license. Users may choose not to renew their subscription at the end of the term; however, no pro-rata refunds are available for early "cancellation" or non-use of an active subscription period. Once the digital delivery of the credentials has occurred, the legal right of withdrawal is waived by the User under the "Digital Content" exception of consumer protection norms.

5. REFUND VERIFICATION & DISBURSEMENT

To initiate a claim under Section 2, the User must submit a formal "Technical Dispute" via rojaiptv@gmail.com. The claim must include: (i) Order Identification Number; (ii) Detailed hardware specifications; and (iii) Photographic or video evidence of the technical incompatibility. ROJA DIGITAL reserves the right to conduct a remote audit of the account logs to verify the claim. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 7 to 10 business days, minus any non-refundable payment gateway processing fees.

6. AMENDMENTS TO FINANCIAL TERMS

ROJA DIGITAL reserves the right to modify these financial terms without prior individual notice. Users are encouraged to review this policy before every transaction. Continued purchase of subscriptions constitutes an ongoing agreement to the latest version of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
